On Monday, Becca and Makenzie made banana cupcakes from the awesome cookbook, Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. I have made these once before, for the last day of school party. They were a hit, although I could not help wishing that I had foregone the vanilla buttercream in favor of the peanut butter frosting.
Yes, that’s right — Banana Cupcakes with Peanut butter frosting. AKA…. the Elvis.
Needless to say, when the girlies got started I heavily hinted that these would be a good choice. And soon they were on their way.
They were divine, in case you were wondering. And did not last long.
Mmmmmm….. I may have a new favorite.
